ls6 heads milled or no?

ls6 heads milled or no? stock these should this be the same compression as the ls6 motor on the ls1 shortblock? 10.5 right?
I have cometic .051 gaskets and id like the compression to be near 11.1-11.3 for added power. Should i mill the heads or go with a thinner gasket. Cam is a tr220 so i dont think there should be valve interference. whats the most cost efficient?
