GRRR tapping/knocking noise?

GRRR tapping/knocking noise? Well the car has been down for about a week now.. headers, NGK plugs/MSD wires, LS7 clutch (master+slave), ORY, Pulley, all EGR/AIR deleted
and now when I start the car on the pass side it makes a loud tap/knocking and it goes away when it idles down then ill blip the throttle and it will hit when the rpm's are coming down
so far I'v removed the heat panel on the floor that was hitting the headers (cutting it tomorrow)
took valve cover off moved rockers then disconnected ignition/fuel and rolled it over and over nothing out of the norm
tried a scope on it cant pick the noise up anywhere.. got under it on the lift nothing... put my head against the intake.. its on the pass side where the intake meets the head.. car has 45-50 PSI oil pressure on start aswell
Well?? Im thinking something got in the intake through the EGR hole before I plugged it but I had a rag until I had a plug in it on the 2nd day of the car being down.... any suggestions
