Might Go Smaller....Thoughts?...
I run a 231/237* 592/603" 111.5 and have been thinking alot lately of moving down in size to maybe the 224 variety. Whats everyones thoughts? I love the way my cam pulls and sounds, but I sometimes wish for more tame cam that I dont have to rev to 6,500. Should I consider it, or will I be sorry?

Im sure patrick, predator or someone can spec you a custom cam that youd be more then happy with!
A 228R like suggested above might be a good idea as well since it kinda falls inbetween a low 230 duration cam and a 224 cam.....I thought about it but decided to go with a lil bit bigger

Buy a set of decent heads with small combustion chambers and thin head gaskets. Then the car will pull everywhere.
I have that cam and mine has lots of low end. 385 ft-lbs@3500. I set it up failry high compression/tight quench and it pays off in terms of streetability and low end power.
No sense in going smaller, you just need to optimize your overall combo together.

If you are gonna change cams get top notch heads also. With 11:1 CR and the right valve events a 224° to 228° cam will be a great daily driver and still get the numbers at the track with good heads.
