Default Rollmasters the same? TSP vs. SD

Texas Speed and performance rollmaster is 94 and Scoggin dickey's is 85. TSP generally states it is heat-treated (all of it?) and SD states it has a heat treated Torrington bearing. Is there a difference? They are both Rollmaster's....

Also, TSp offers a single roller non. adj. timing set for only $66. Thunder (they know I love em) offers a JWIS timing chain ONLY for $150. Will the rollmaster stretch out like stock and the JWIS stay tight or what? Why the huge price difference?

I think the Rollmaster has the JWIS chain on it.
