Default cam?

I have ordered mti stage II heads with the b1 cam. I am thinking the b1 is to mild. My car is a 01 ss, added in case it doesn't show at bottom of post, with CME, SLP LT headers w/ high flow cats and y pipe, CAI, MAF, LID, bellows, PHB, LCA, STB, SFC. I don't have emissions testing and loudness isn't a major concern. I think the 114 lsa in a c2 or x1 would be good unless their wouldn't be problems with going with the 112. Their is a speed shop I can have it dyno tuned on, but it is the mustang dyno. Others dynos further away I could go to though. Appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thanks.

u DIDN'T say what trans u have... if ur an A4, the B1 would be fine... it also depends on how smooth u like the idle... C1 on 112 will keep ur peak down to a reasonable level, but be less smooth... X1 would be good on an M6, but would be rougher and peak higher...

If you dont care about emissions and you dont care about loudness or lope, then you can go as large as you want. I went with the cam in my sig and I have an A4 as well and I absolutely love it. As long as you get tuning, almost any cam will work regardless of the LSA.

With MTI heads having the dual springs I'd go with the C2 over the C1 or B1. My cam is similar to a C2 at 224/224 .581, I think C1 & C2 both have the edge over the B1
