I'm out driving around and the drivers side is basically locked at 440-455millivolts the other side is EVERYWHERE from 65mv during coasting to 960 doing 45mph steady in 5th gear!!!!!!
is it my injectors ?

the reason I ask is because the frivers side sparkplugs are burning normal, the porcelain is nice and white!

I really appreciate you guys time to helping me solve this issue!!
No IFR does not seperate banks. If the one banks are ok then it might not be your IFR table, I must have missed where you mentioned that earlier.

If you hold it at 45 MPH on cruise control you should see both banks fluctuating from a high to low signal. If you have one that is locked up then that oxygen sensor is probably flatlined and dead. Oxygen sensors are not supposed to hold at a certain voltage, they are supposed to constantly bounce back and forth.

I didnt mean locked but it will go from like 440mv to 455mv steady at 45mph without the cruise control, just steady on the gas at about 1500rpm. The other side with the same steady speed will go as low as 60mv to as high as 960mv.

440 to 445 is not proper fluctuation, that is locked. The one that goes from 60 to 960 is more like how it should behave.

If you ever look at the signal of a properly working oxygen sensor with an ocilliscope it is a sine waveform, constant fluctuation from low to high voltage.
