Rebuild motor with 137k miles?
I am doing a budget buildup with a small cam and LS2 heads. While I am at it I am going to do some ARP rod bolts, timing chain, and ls6 oil pump. The motor is running perfect and it has 137k miles on it. It is a 98 motor out of a SS and going into a first gen. Would you guys put in new bearings and rings or let it ride? I am on the fence here and was going to do it but I am thinking the bottom end will be fine as it is. This motor will probably only see 5k miles a year and will be street driven only. Any recommendations would be helpful.

I would definitely rebuild it - but that's me. If it's already out of the car, it wouldn't be too much work to replace the essentials.
Additionally, if you eventually sell the car, you could price it higher due to the fresh engine.
