Default balance fly cut ? one off -.025

I had one fly cut go .025 deeper than the rest. have a stock 97 block and 15 deg valve heads.

oops, clearance will be more than fine, It's not too deep,
.103 but will it hurt performance at all or cause the cylinders to be out of balanced.

My options are to not worry about it should I balance them all out or not worry about it.

thanks

I would make them all the same depth. That will keep everything in balance, including your compression.
