Default P0300 after pushrod install???

I just installed new pushrods yesterday. Car seems to run fine but at low RPM it sounds like its missing or maybe an exhaust leak. SES light is still on after installing the pushrods. It is code P0300. What could it be?

P0300 is a Multiple Cylinder misfire, Is the engine still running rough? If not I wouldnt worry about it.

Engine seems to run fine now after the light went out and even before while it was on.
