Cam pattern help

I'm working on a converson car with:

M6, LT's, HI Flow cats, true duals
8.5 10-bolt with 3:73
Stock 24K mile LS6 from 2004 CTSV (405HP same as Z06), CAI, UD

Given the low mileage, I don't want to pull the heads. I'm willing to do a cam, lifters, springs and hardened push rods though.

Does this combo lend itself to a single pattern- (228/228), or a reverse split - (230/227) or traditional forward split (232/236) style pattern cam?

Am I evenly balanced on air intake and exhaust sides?

I'm researching the right "Cam Only" cam to get me in the 380-400 rwhp/tq range with great driveabilty with the focus on torque. This is a street car only, no 1/4 mile.

With stock heads, the reverse split is probably the way to go. I think you have traditional-split and reverse-split backwards in your post though...Hear a lot of good things about the TR230 for a reverse-split cam...

Thanks you're right I edited my post. My general understanding of a reverse split is that they are good for restricted intakes and open exhausts.
