Headers: Pacesetter offroad Jet Hot coated Long Tubes w. Y-Pipe
Lifters: GM LS7
Pushrods: Comp Cams Chromoly
Oil Pump: Melling Peformance (296)
Timing Chain: GM LS2
Dyno Tune: Speed Inc.
Any tips from the experts who have experience with the F13 or Patriot Heads? Anything special to expect?
Obviously, I'll definitely be bringing the dyno results when I get everything all said and done. Looking forward to my first H/C car
Got the car back tonight and it sounds MEAN.
The thing won't idle for **** unless I get it up to temp, and I haven't noticed anything performance right.
I'm guessing thats cuz it isn't dyno tuned yet. That will really wake the thing up right? Man, can't wait til then so I can see how nasty this thing really is.
Plus, this thing has NO tune on it yet. Like i said, barely idles when its up to temp. Its dyin a lot if i just start it up. Maybe I should raise the idle till i get it tuned?
