Who's got an LS1 in their RX-7?

If you take your time and gradually complete your FD project it wont hurt the pockets that much as in comparason to shelling out all the cash and getting all the parts and labor done at once. Another positive note is the resale value will make your money back real fast. Clean title LSX FD's average around 20k and really clean ones can shoot up to 30k.

I would have let my roller FD go for $9500...yes...high, but seriously worth it. All my suspension is done, interior is perfect. Black on Black, low miles, new bushings, basically a new chassis. I have about $9K into the swap...A/C, no p/s (fully manual steering rack)...and most everything is purchased, not quite built. I bet I would have no trouble getting $23K for the car completed, and more if I was willing to wait.
All in all, the FD with the LS1 is what the car should have been from the factory.
