I had a 220/224 551/551 114lsa vhp cam...I gained 3mph 1/8th and almost5 1/4...idled good on a mail order...still got 21mpg as well...my buddies car has a vengeancec 224 on a 112 cam puulls hard for a 224...I like the smaller cams...but i went custom on my new setup....

the cam I had in the sig was very streetable. you could get it with xer lobes and it would be even more streetable. I would tweak it to 230 230 114 with 4 degrees advanced.
