Would it be reasonable to say I've probably got a blown headgasket?
Don't see any floating in the radiator, but the radiator keeps emptying down about 6 or so inches and the cap when I pull it off has an foamy oily layer of gunk on it. . .

is your engine oil milky? if not, does your car have the radiator hose PS cooler? if so, it may have broken inside causing the coolant to be contaminated with PS fluid and vice versa. Though I would suspect you would know it by now, as your PS pump would probably be screaming at you. Looks to be a head gasket...

Id check the aluminum webbing surround the middle head bolt on both clyinder heads, check for a very clean spot usually eye brow shaped crack just above the middle bolt.We see this alot on LS style motors.
