If your happy with less than 1 turn of preload, thats fine ... But, I can tell you one thing > If you take a bone stock LS1 and check preload, you will find that it takes between 1 3/4 to 2 turns of the rocker bolts to bring the bolts from zero lash to 22 ft lb of torque.

How much actual preload that is... I don't have a clue.
