Default about to install h/c head gasket ?

ok so i just got my heads back from the machine shop. had the a lot of work done and they were milled slightly to bring the combustion chambers back to a near stock cc (there 243s) i believe they were milled .010-.015. so my compression ratio should be near 10.5:1 correct? i would like to run 11:1 so what cosmetic head gaskets thickness will i need to achieve my goal. im also going to be running a torquer v3 camshaft. im not affraid to flycutt i dont think ill be cutting to much into the piston if any. cam specs are 231/234 .644/.598 111*.

let me know what you what you think.. should i run a thinner gasket or stay with the factory mls headgaskets?

thanks,
ryan

Run a thinner gasket. Higher compression, better quench.. it's a no brainer if you have the option

You will have interference issues with a thinner than stock headgasket. IF you CAN flycut them deep enough, you should be okay, but then again, you can run into the issue of thin spots in the piston.

Get some specs for PTV clearance, then decide from there.
