Default this is what were looking at...

stage 2 5.3 liter patriot heads and a mti g1 cam 228/232 on a 113lsa....i also have full bolts on and the cam is sitting in my room. What kind of power am i looking at with these heads and cam installed? Ive heard 400 to 410rwhp?

Depends on if you are A4 or M6, Geared...ect. But since you threw out the lower set of numbers for heads and cam I would assume that you are probably an A4. Assuming that you are using a tad bigger valves I would say 410 is not out of the question at all. If it makes any difference I am an M6 w/ 3.42's making 421rwhp with stock valved 241's with a good hand port and .015 mill running a 244/248 115 cam.

if your m6 and you DONT hit 410 id say thats a problem. If you have a humongo stall and sharp gears with an A4 i stil think you should put down 410, i meen its an H/C car.
