5.3l Vortec Cam options....?
5.3l Vortec Cam options....? Im sure its been on here before and i have read many many thoughts, but i want a more up to date opinion,
I have a bone stock 5.3l vortec, with LS1 intake, stock exhaust. Its just bone stock as of right now. I had to do the intake and exhaust cause i put it into my little e30 BMW.
What im looking to do is like a possable tops 125-150 wet shot. Ive heard for the price wise the LS6 does well in these motors. But is that the best bang for the buck? Its gonna be a daily driver, but a street demon also.
I DO NOT,want a high lobe. i know they can be DD. but i want sleeper. a mild lobe is fine.

That is usually the best thing to do. +1 for matching your setup exactly to your likings. Plus most custom ground cams either cost the same or just a tad more than your off the shelf grind.
