Im not sure what specifically youre referring to... The swirl ramp? If so, every major porter has been taking them down without any problems with insufficient fuel mixing at low rpm. You usually see some of the ramp left in because the water jacket is pretty close and you don't want to break through.

I'm pretty sure that the heads in the first pictures are 317 or 035 heads. These heads have essentially the same exhaust and intake ports and a 72 cc combustion chamber that is very similar to a 241 head. The 317/035 head was used on the LQ4/LQ9 engine from 2001 and after.

Here's the flow numbers and info I got today.
Intake .100=74
.200=160
.300=195
.400=273
.500=296
.600=315
Exhaust .200=110
.300=158
.400=198
.500=220
.600=232
Exhaust was measured without a pipe. Take these for what they are worth, as my flowbench is nothing fancy, nor do I think it really backs up to other benches very well. Not only that, it is dry flow, not wet flow.Sorry for the delay.-Scott
