The MS4 has been around for years and was designed for 346" LS-based motors. I've daily-driven mine with every upgraded modification most people can think of for 75K miles (that's 75,000 miles just to clarify 
).
I idle at 1000 rpm's. I can idle at 925 or 900 if I wanted but I don't want TOO much teeth rattle
