Default cam choice

I bought a 2002 zo6 ls6 cam. Now I am thinking of buying GM hot cam for ls6. The hot cam makes more power. Will you guys tell me which one to use? I also have ls6 heads to be installed when the cam goes in.

Neither one is worth the swap in my opinion. Much better cams out there.

id would say go bigger atleast step up to a 224/224 cam or even a 226/226 atleast. but my buddy blkbird is running unported LS6 heads/ GM HOTCAM and i know he loves it for his daily driver.

go with a 224/224, its a proven cam with great power and street manners, you wont regret it. anything less and you'll regret it

I've said this a few times recently...

I really like the idea of coupling the TR224 with the unported 243 heads.
