I have a 98 ls1 with a m6. i have a ls6 intake on it and want to put a ms3 or ms4 in it. Anyone know what i would put to the ground?

 

Its hard to say with out knowing all your mods, With what you have mentioned there 375 is possible with either cam. MS3 is what I run. I would recommend doing supporting mods such as headers full exhaust, Lid, ETC. Dual valve springs and timing chain and oil pump also almost a necessity.

 

If you have LTs either way you will hit 4+ rwhp but if you are running N20 I think you should look at the MS3 at 113+. I think the MS4 is more of a motor cam and the 3 is more of a N2O cam. If these are the cams you are looking at. Good luck.

 

without full supporting mods that cam will not reach its potential. you need intake exhaust blah blah blah and lets not forget the springs and such. without those bye bye motor

 

i have the ms4, and made 401 with an a4 and a big stall!

 

i know that i need springs and other things. When i put the cam in it will also get Lt and true duals.

 

So if i go eith i ms3, lts,ls6 intake,valve springs, new chain, oil pump and true duals on a tune. What whould i put to the wheels?

 

i would say about 410, go with the ms4 and make about 420
