Default Would this be a dumb idea?

I have a 99 frc 6 speed with 120,000 miles on it. I have long tubes, off road h, cat back, cold air intake, and ls6 intake. My buddy said that he would sell me his ms3 for cheap. I would set my rev limiter at 6500. I would changes the springs, oil pump, timing chain and all that. But with that being a high reving cam would that be almost instant death to my motor with that many miles on it? Thanks

You'd be fine, only thing I'd worry about would be the rod bolts...

And I'm assuming you meant off road Y, not H...

^^ You dont even need a X-pipe, stay with the H, you will be fine but I WOULD change the rod bolts, we have the weaker design and with that many miles it would be a really good idea.

I am retarded it does have a x pipe. Wouldnt it be super expensive to have rod bolts put in?
