HELP!!!- Car wants to Rev on its own at times, WTF???

I had a similar problem because my FAST 90mm TB was sticking open. So I put another spring on it from the trottle to the intake lid. Looks ghetto but no more free reving.

Update: My tune had some "stall saver" programmed into it because I was having a lot of issues getting the car to idle properly. So, when I had the tune redone, the tuner added some "stall saver" also. Stall saver was not necessary though because the tune was better. Now I'm running good.

My car started to rev when I put the FAST 92/92 on it maybe I'll try the "ghetto fix"

^^^What kind of Rev'ing is it doing? How high up and does it stay up there, or eventually fall back down?

See if they drilled a hole in the throttle body plate. I had a shop do this once to try to "help it idle." Yeah, it idled alright, at about 2000 rpm.
