couple questions on this set up

You always want to check piston the valve clearance with any setup you do when milling heads. Depending on how far you plan to go I would guess you would be ok without a flycut.
Either way you decide to go on the heads let me know as we are a dealer for TFS, AFR and ETP.
The TFS will require aftermarket rockers, so thats an added expense to think about. The Edelbrocks and AFR's do not, not sure about the ET and Darts, guessing the Darts do not, not sure about the ET's.
Usually the aftermarket head is of better design.

The flow very similar to the AFR, the above link was done on a 4.030 bore the AFR's were flowed with a 3.90 bore so if you sized down the bore on the Edelb's it would be very similar.
Both heads feature 66cc combustion chambers. You can mill for more compression as well, but honestly if you are going with AFR's I would have Tony Mamo spec a custom cam for them or go with the Mamocam... 224/228
Most heads will come with a spring package already installled, you have the option of upgrading them at the time you purchase them in most cases.
You will need pushrods, check with who your getting the cam from for the size you need.
One should always check clearences but that cam is smallish and the tolerence are not as critical as lets say a MS4/T-rex
