Default TEA and Texas Speed 2,5 CNC LS6 heads?

Anyone have any experience good or bad with these heads? Please tell me all you know because I'm looking for some good flowing heads for my N/A forged 346 CI motor with big cam. It is in a 2400 lb road racing car (Porsche 914). It will see 4500RPM-7200RPM quite often. I want this motor to make all the power it can in this rev range. If I lose a bit down low but have alot in the upper mid to higher RPM's I'd be satisfied. I will not ever use a power adder...so I think a real nicely made set of LS6 heads would be best for my budget. Who "massages" the LS6 head the best is my question?

Thanks in advance for the help.

well if you are stuck on using a stock head (nothing wrong with that) i would talk to et heads then have some one spec a cam to your needs. You are looking for something a bit more unique then the normal f-body build. Don't settle for the typical off the shelf cam/cnc head. I would really give someone who knows what they are talking about set you up something for what YOU need.

If you have any other questions please feel free to give me a pm, i'm not expert but i can help point you in a direction of people who do.

I would choose TEA. PM member 'Brian Tooley' with your questions, he will get you answers.

Both companies definately build good cylinder heads. We recently updated the PRC LS6 CNC ported heads with tons of new features & tweaks. All PRC heads are flow & quality guaranteed so you know your getting a proven performer! Here's some pics of the new updates! This is a stage 1 ls6 head, but you definately get the idea

The new intake port was reshaped to provide the same great airflow you've come to expect from PRC with a smaller runner for increased velocity & throttle response!

Here's a few pics of the new ls6 intake port. The port in this stage 1 LS6 goes 310cfm @ .650 lift!!

The Exhaust Port was also completely revised from top to bottom! The all new exhaust port flows as much as 10cfm more air than the previous port with the same valve size!

NOTICE IN THIS PIC THE ALL NEW AFTERMARKET ROCKER CLEARANCES & CUSTOM PRC ENGRAVING!!

Improved airflow, improved features, smaller runners all available at the current special price of $949.99 with stock springs!!!!

Go with the TEA LS6 stage 2 heads hands down, I am getting the exact heads. They flow damn near some TFS 215's, have a 2.04 I and a 1.57 E valve and only have a 225cc runner, flow 308 cfm at .500 lift and 320 @ .600!!! Plus the exhaust flow numbers are crazy high. (5.3l heads have a 220cc), the TSP 2.5 LS6 heads flow a tad less and have a 230cc runner.
