is it ok to use them while using a stock ecu and injectors? i was told that i could not use them with out a fuel management system. they came with the engine/trans setup i bought and need to know if i have to pick up stock rails or if these are ok.

fuel rails shouldnt be a problem running those. they may require a non oem hookup to use them. seems like usually costs as much for all the AN connectors and line as the rails cost - and then finding all you need may be a pita.
You do not need any fuel managment to run those fuel rails...You can buy the braided stainless lines and fittings from speed inc., nasty nate or a number of other vendors..there is a fitting that allows you to plug right into the stock fuel lines that run to the fuel tank.....there is nothing to it..
