Putting a 408 in a camaro for a friend. The new motor has AFR 225s that are unmilled. Now the build sheet said there should be pushrods but we dont have any.
the new cam is a single pattern 234 .576 .576 112+1
We have the old stock length chromoly pushrods from the motor cause it had an MS4.
Question is: if the 225s arent milled, can we use the stock length pushrods from the old motor?
Were trying to get the car back together today. Thebuild sheet says 7.400, but you know sometimes they just put that and later check and put the correct pushrod in the motor.
I dont have a pr length checker...
thanks for the help!
