This is old school.....
About 4 years ago and probably several hundred engines ago...
We ran our 396ci stroker to 10.8's N/A and something like 10.3's on a 150 shot (think it trapped 143 on spray). This was in a 99 C5 and we were having problems getting it to hook on 26" et streets with nitrous. If I remember right it dyno'd right at 490rwhp or so with a LS6 intake and some old heads, and like 780rwhp on more spray...
Didn't have any problems with the offset crankshaft or rods on the motor we ran, might have had 1200 miles on it when we moved on to something else. We change up setups quite often, went to a 346ci H/C setup that dyno'd similiar to the 396ci, and then that car was sold not long after that with a Procharger D1SC 347ci setup.
We havn't built any more offset strokers since eagles cranks are so cheap.
