Misfire/detination/backfire,cutting out on 1999 346 100 miles.

Misfire/detination/backfire,cutting out on 1999 346 100 miles. hey guys can't figure out why my car keeps cutting out under 2500RPM and it backfires at 3000RPM and higher. I replaced the plugs and plug wires. The car is still detinating, cutting out, backfiring, misfiring. So could this be signs of a collapsed lifter, bad coilpack, bad fuel injector or the computer? I don't want blow up my 100 mile new motor please help me. I've posted up about this problem twice now & still i cannot seem to get a response from anyone
