Need help throwing 2 codes

Need help throwing 2 codes Ok here is my issue i am getting these 2 codes
"Code P0353 Ignition Coil 3 Control Circuit, Ignition Coil C Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction"
And map sensor high voltage cant remember the number for it
Here is what the car is doing. The car will run for a while until it gets warm then it dies and wont fire up for a at least 30 mins. It will try and turn over it will fire then die one trick i did was pull both fuel pump fuses and it would fire. Now that trick wont even work all plugs and wires are new less than 2k on them. The first time it did this the car had a little less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Now it has well over half and still doing the same thing. I am lost on where i should start at. I know i will take the map out and clean it but the coil issue is a big problem where should i start at on those?
