Default Valvetrain noise

Have about 3500 miles on the new engine in the hoe and noticed a little more valvetrain noise than usual coming from the passenger bank. Took it by the machine shop and the builder also agreed that it was louder than the left. Engine still runs fine, and it's not TOO loud, but definitely noticeable to me. Crazy thing is it's more than one rocker on the passenger side and does not do it (can't hear it at least...) on the driver side. He told me to pull the PS valve cover and make sure the rocker nuts are torqued to 22ft lbs. Anyone else have this problem? Kind of crazy...

Nope, no loctite. Are they prone to backing off? Thought 22# was kinda light to being with.

Will do, and report back. Hope that's all it is... couldn't imagine it being anything else... engine still runs great, the noise is just irritating, and I don't need my valvetrain getting beat on for no good reason.
