Default HELP! Need to move AC Condensor to get to motor mount...

Does anyone have a diagram of the front of the motor accessories? (or page from Hayes manual) I can not find mine since I moved and I need to work on it in 2 hours.

Basically I need to remove the ac condensor inorder to get to the passenger side motor mount bolt.

Do I need to disconnect the hoses and drain the freeon? or can I just slide it aside. How many bolts are holding it to the block?

Thanks!

You mean the compressor, right? There are four bolts holding it on, just take them out and slide it forward (gently). That should give you enough room to get to the mount bolt.

I am assuming you mean the compressor, and yes you can just unbolt it and move out of the way. Just dont move to far or force it, the lines arent very flexable.

Yes compressor! Sorry!

Ok so should I try and tie it up so that there is no pressure on the lines or do you think it will be ok?

Why are the large motor mount bolts oriented like that. Wouldn't make in much simpler to turn the around?
