Oil pan leaking?

Oil pan leaking? Do these pics of my oil pan look normal? They are of the same area but from different angles. Another bolt had a similar amount of oil but I couldnt get a good pic of it. I have not noticed any drops of oil after parking but I havent paid close attention. I did not tighten anything, should I?

If it is where the front cover or the rear cover come together with the block, the RTV seal has broken down. Don't think tightening the bolts will fix the issue.
