LS1 Heads and a Cam Question

So i wanna do something different i have a machine shop that is great at porting and knows LS1's...

Now if i mill the head .030 and they do a Port and Polish to flow about 20 to 30 more Cfms, and polish the Combustion Chambers... and do a nice size cam...

1. How much hp do you think i can see.. i have a 2000 SS Camaro bolt on's w/ LS6 Manfold.

2. how big of a cam could i go before driveability is crap?

alot of questions there...heads being milled and P&P will give about 15-20rwhp...

hp will be low 400s with a good size cam...do some research there are a ton of options...
