for now you can turn up the idle screw to get a little more air. Just don't drill the blade like some people do.

how long have you had it running? When I first got my cam in I had a mail order tune and it done the same thing. I had to just hold the throttle just enought to keep it running . I had to do that for almost 15 min. before it would idle by itself. It takes a while for the pcm to learn the idle

oh ok. I know all about that myself. I had three differant mail order tunes and nobody could get the idle right. I finally bought tuning software and tuned the car for what it needed. The tune like you have is just a tune that should work for the mods you have but alot of time it doesn't work that way. Two cars with the same mods will require differant tune settings. You need to find a tuner or find somebody that have EFI Live or HP Tuners and have them do a tune for YOUR car. Like I said I farted around for almost a year tryin to get mail order tunes to work with no luck. Now my car never has an idle problem and even runs a hell of alot better.

When was the last time you cleaned your TB? Carbon build up can affect the way it idles (especialy in the idle sensor area).
Also look at rectifying your cracker tables, I cured that on mine that way.

i have the same prob, when it idles, it idles fine, but when i rev it, then let off it goes down to about 500 then jumps back up to normal idle, but my car isnt a h/c car, i just have longtubes and a fast 90 90, i had the car tuned, but that didnt change

a good tuner should fix that, tell him to woork on the throttle cracker tables (smooth out), I had Guitsboy help me on that annd it improved a lot back when I had a 232/234 cam
