Default Quick ? on 241s

I have a set of 241s I'd like to put on my 2000. I guess my car was an early 00 engine b/c it has the 853s. My ? is do the late 00 LS1s have the same cam or did they switch it over to the smaller one that they used in 01-02??

THANKS GUYS!!!

Edit: Or a simpler question. If I put the 241s on the car will it work as good or better than the 853s with the stock 00 cam? I figured it would b/c the difference between the two is just the cast method?? or are the flow caracteristics so different that the 00 cam will actually loose performance over the stock 853s?

I think that they are so close it is not worth swaping unless the 241s are P&P.

i have a late model 00 with 241 heads. I believe the cam never changed though. If your going to do some head swaping at least port the 241's.
