Default Does the LS1 Computer Work With an LS7

I am in the process of researching the specs for a ls7 swap into my 02 vert and I am finding conflicting information about using the stock ls1 computer for the ls7.

Does anyone have any experience performing this swap, are you able to use the stock ls1 computer or did you have to swap to another?

Thanks

A stock LS7 has a 58x reluctor wheel pressed on the crank and is not compatible with the LS1 PCM which only handles the 24x reluctor wheel. Swapping out the crank is a solution and has been done before.

I'm pretty sure the timing sets are different too.
