Is there such a thing with a cam install???

After you do anything to your car, PCM will relearn in ~50-100miles. And if anything, the cam is quite a change

There is a difference between an Idle Relearn and a Cam Relearn. And yes there is such a thing, although you don't really need to do it after a cam install.
