What cam to use with stage 2 patriot ls6 heads ?

What cam to use with stage 2 patriot ls6 heads ? The engine is a LS1 5.7 same as the 04 GTO.
It currently has the patriot ls6 stage cnc ported heads 64cc. The car has all the usual bolt ons full zorts, otrcia , tba tb. Also will probably have the new weiand manifold fitted if it live up to all the hype.
What cam would you guya recommend? The car is a manual 6 speed and has 3.7 diff gears. It will be a dd, so a reasonable idle is needed.

Without knowing what youre trying to accomplish with your car, this question is hard to answer. If youre looking for a mild mannered street car, Id go with a 224 cam. Its the perfect all around cam.
In the end its all about what your goals are. For a street car I feel you cant go wrong with the above mentioned cam. If you want something more aggressive, there are endless choices out there. Just look around in this section and you will find all the info you need. You can also check the dyno section to get an idea of what kind of power to expect.

cam choice The car will be as previously mentioned a dd that will be at he track around 4 times a year and the odd circuit day. Big dyno numbers are not important just after something with a ton of low and mid range torque. Mild mannered would be nice but with any extra performance there is a trade off. I was thinking along the lines of 224/228 110 .633 .639 with xfi intake and xer exhaust or even something like this 228/232 110 108icl .588 .595 on lsk lobes.
What about those cams? How would pair up with the patriot heads?
