Take the car for a short ride, then refill the coolant. You will have to do this several times.

Do either of the bracket bolts go through the coil rack?

I've been trying to sort out this bracket stuff. The passenger bracket is just wrapped around the wiring harness and bolts directly to the head, not the coil rack at all, that's pretty straight forward. Apparently you don't have to worry about reinstalling this bracket, but I'm going to anyway. It's easy enough to install it from under the car.

The driver's side bracket is actually a part of the AIR system I learned, so I'm not even going to bother reinstalling it since I deleted AIR, just reinstall the two bolts holding the three ground wires.
