Are all of the stock LS valve springs interchangable?

i.e. LS7 springs on a LS1 head?

I put ls7 lifters in my ls1. I would assume that you could but I am not sure how good they are you should just get comp cams or something. I dont know just trying to help but if you found some place to order them from then just ask them.

 

I believe stock LS7 springs use a different installed height than stock LS1 springs. You'd have to play with that, but I believe the diameter is the same.
