VERY GOOD idea. I wrote in here a couple of months ago that a gasket is needed between the mateing surfaces of the inlet tube and pump. What you have done is a permanent fix!

Re: DAMN O-Ring!!! I'm having some oil pressure issues now. My psi is at about 35 when hot. It does go up when I rev it but then falls back down to about 30-40. Is this something to worry about?
