Default what kind of cam?

I got a cam question. I have a 383 stroker ls6 forged motor with 9.5.1 compression and texas speed 5.3l stage 2.5 heads,i'l be using a .40 cometic head gasket. What cam would give the most rwhp and have a decent streetable lumpy sound? my old cam has a spot on it, but i want a upgrade from it {comp 224/224 .563 112lsa custom cam.} I also have maule -21.4 pistons if that makes a difference.
any suggestions will help thanks!

why the low compression?

you won't make much power with that low of compression.

a blower grind, and then put a blower on it to take advantage of the compression ratio.

You still will be able to make some decent power with this thing, but it's not going to be the best setup if you know what I mean. Going to need camshaft with a tight LSA, and shorter duration IMO. What are the cc size of your heads and have the heads been milled at all? Don't give up man, you can make it work, just gotta raise are static 1 point or so?

The heads were not milled at all and the chamber cc is stock i think 63 or 62? whatever those tsp heads come i cant remeber off hand. I got 9.5 compression with the cometic head gasket. without it ,its lower. Do you reccommend a custom cam? Or anything out there that would be good with this setup?

Lets do some head milling and try to get are SCR up as much as possible, without milling the head to nothing? LOL Take your head to a local machine shop/engine builder, have him cc your chamber and see what it is, give me ALL your engine specs and I will help you with a cam spec and get this combo to workout for you, given the circumstances we have to work with.
