I did the search first and gave it a few days so i'm TTT'n this thread , it seem like
another company that does good work for good prices. But i wanted to find if any members
on here ever used them...their site is ok, but they dont like to answer emails..lol.
But got their number i gonna try and call them tomm. and tell them to look into
becoming a sponsor here..the more the better...but i have googled them and they seem
to specialize in LS1/LT1's...but they do modern Hemi's, and even mustangs

Come on people, a simple yes or no will help which ok, but only asking if anyone
has either heard or used them. I know this isn't another " Which heads are the best"
but damn 70 people looked in on this thread. So please dont say" use search button", i did that first, its funny some guys will take the time out to answer about the search when they can just give a really answer thats on topic..lol. But seriously hoping someone knows these
guys. Thaks guys.

Its probably safe to assume by the lack of replies no one is familiar with them. There are plenty of reputable sponsors here that offer good heads, well at least a few.

They became a sponsor of another board, and it seems they have but a single LS1 car showcasing their product. They claim their port designs are the basis for most of the CNC profiles in the market, which I doubt. They went on to claim that their small runner LS6 head was flowing 240 cfm on the intake side at only .300" lift. I told them they were full of **** and then all kinds of crap started. Many companies use favorable flow bench numbers for advertising but 240 cfm at .300" lift with a small runner 243 head is impossible. Why take a chance on outright lies when you can buy a reputable head from a reputable company for the same price?

Thanks for the update...thats good to know...i never heard of them, but i did
a search for ported heads and they popped up. They did claim on their site that they specialize is LS1 and LT1 heads, but not much info. other than that.
I wasn;t too interested really, i was more curious if anyone had their heads.
Thanks.

I know that the head sponsors on this site are the best in the LSx world. But i was curious
to find if either a sponsor or whoever cam just do a hand ported mild port job on set
of LS6/LS2 heads. But i figured not too many people would know about these guys, and to
be honest i emailed them 3 times and called and got voicemail and never heard back.
I consider this a closed issue since they aren't a sponsor anyway.

they are a sponsor at cz28.com. They had some good setup's but nothing too crazy. But it wasnt enough to get eveyone whose going to buy Llyod Elliot or Advanced Induction heads to take any interest.

I would go with someone who is very proven.

Oh shoot i didn't know they were a sponsor...i used to be on that sight for
years until i got my first LS1 then i became a LS1.com member, but got tired
of people asking the same questions over and over like which air lid is better...lol. You know things like that..I heard good things about Lloyd Elliot's
port work..I think he still does either full hand porting or does CNC then hand
finishes them off. But i tried alot of emails and calls to Port Master's and got no answer so i guess they are just too busy maybe. I still like the AFR's but my buddy who works on LSx cars for a living said he installed a lot of AFR heads on C5 Corvettes and they dynoed OK is what his words were, but at Atco the cars would only run 12.10 or 12.20's thats with a full dyno tune and with a FAST 90/90 and i believe he said the 224/228 cam. So he just told me to do alittle more research before dropping $2,200. He knew that i wanted the AFR's and i felt good that i finally make the decision to get them, but now he's got me worried So he showed me a car that they dynoed and it only had cleaned up LS2 heads with a 224/224 Thunder cam and i forget the dyno numbers but it ran 11.6's or 11.5's which is nice for unported LS6/LS2 heads with a medium size cam, and of course the car had full bolt ons and was dyno tuned at street tuned. Now all they did is some bowl/throat work, they worked on the short turn, they sanded down the casting flash in the runner, but didn't increase the runner volume. plus a little valve deshrounding with stock LS2 valves. I think they flowed a max of 285cfm with the stock 210cc intake runner. I think with the same heads and my custom 218/224, vig3200 stall, long tubes, cat back, plus other stuff it should do pretty well. I'm hoping for 11.6's myself since my SS is alittle light than the TransAm was that ran 11.6's. But in no way am i saying that AFR's isn't any good. It could just been that the whole setup was wrong.
Anyway thanks for the info about Port Masters.
