i think around 440 ci...what type of build are you going for? ls7s are pretty much maxed as far as cylinder walls, are going to get thin and need to be sleeved for heavy mods...why not go with a 454 LSX if your looking for big cubes

I have a 441 LS7 and was advised not to try and go bigger with the LS7 block.

We have done about 8 LS7 455-457s so far out of that block with the 4.250 crank. They have all worked great so far. There is a lot to it and you will have problems if you don't know what parts to use but they work great as long as you know what you are doing. The LS7 has a little longer sleeves as well.

The dart block can do it and the erl block and extentions can do it but it all has to be put together properly by someone like eric or SAM

That one is made by ERL and has a taller deck at 10.200 with longer cylinders and is also 4.200 bore. It uses a 4.500 stroke crank so it is way way out there!

I remember checking out the Warhawk blocks (basically LSX block, except aluminum, from what I understand), and from their build options, you could get up to 481ish.

Thanks for sharing on the ERL product; does your company offer this product? If not, can you advise who does?
