In about a month or so I'm gonna go pick up a C6 LS3 and I plan on doing all this the day after or so. Just wanna know how much whp with this combo, Also how stout is the factory clutch?

Factory clutch is fine. I am still on the stock one here with many passes down the strip in each configuration listed in my sig and it holds just like day 1. You will probably be looking at 480+whp with the setup you listed.
