I was torn between that and the Fast.Glad I didnt wait. Got the Fast/92 combo deal from Texas Speed and 100mm Maf. gonna start intalling stuff 2 weeks when I get some down time. I was real close ,price and torque ,HP curve on weiand. But Peak numbers were not that impressive compared to ported zo6 or pro.Prod. manifold.

Personally I don't think that Intake is as promising for the L92 setup as it was talked about being.

It loses on the top end what it gains in the mid range, and with the more Cubic Inches, it loses more.

So, has it been like 2 years since they first showed them?

Are the production machines being handbuilt by elves or something?

I'm sure that is the reason it's not out yet, if it comes out at all.
Probably not much better, or maybe not even as good as a well ported stock one.
I've got a Cartek ported stock intake sitting on top of my 441 and the heads flowed 330cfm throught the intake.
At the track the car pulls stronger and ET's better the higher I shift it, she's not losing anything on the top end with the stock piece.
I doubt the FAST version will be much better (for the L92's) but if it is significantly better I'll be the first one to go buy one.

Checked the site.. don't see any. I tried searching "intake" in your product search and got a couple nitrous kits.

At least this shouldn't come as a surprise to many!

I considered trying to hold out for one, however I opted for a ported FAST 92mm combo and now I'm done with it.

Man i know i waited enough..if they weren't ready to ship the damn thing they should
kept everything quiet, then a month before actual release then they should have announced it. No wonder big companies are going out of business...geeze. Oh well looks like if i want an intake i'll go with the TPIS intake and NW 90mm TB. It shows the same if not better gains than a ported FAST and it's $350.00 if you dont mind shipping in you intake so theres no core charge. Just need a NW 90MM and be done with it...no porting necessary Thanx for the update Joel.

I saw those things on a post here yesterday. They said that they are made for LS
based motors. As cool as it may look, they look like they should be used on big cube motors with a few stages of nitrous If they dont blow apart like a firecracker, how much boost dould they hold? But honestly this style intake looks more at home on a 9,500 rpm C5-R and C6-R motors. I doubt you'll see too many high 11 second cars using these...lol.
