new edelbrock intake (at SEMA)?
I can tell you this, the metal intakes the car slows down after the first pass bone cold. not so with our current setup. And we use a plastic intake at 7800 rpm, there are other options.
I dont think Wilson would tool up for composite carb style intakes if it werent that way
I agree. I drive a street car not a drag car so every tiny bit of HP was not important to me. No Need to spend that amount of cash on a FAST. I purchased a Typhoon 96 MM for $475.00 complete with fuel rails and gained a lot of HP over my ported LS2 and received more low and mid range torque then I would have received from the FAST. The FAST might get me a 10th or so more at the track, but WHO CARES . I can tell you this, the metal intakes the car slows down after the first pass bone cold. not so with our current setup. I have only seen cast or welded sheetmetal ones.
