I it possible to get the intake ceramic coated to resist heat. Before being assembled.

If anything I think it would hold more heat in.
Ceramic coating is used on headers to keep in the heat and improving heat scavenging.
No?

What about just coating the base? Leaving the top portion alone. Probly not woth the effort though.

The manifold unbolts, so you could take it apart and coat your plenum or flange castings with whatever you want. Just let Dave know when you order one, so and we won't bond the gaskets in place. If you choose to ceramic coat, make sure they only do the outside, you sure don't want a flake of ceramic getting injested.

thanks. Tektrans the reflective properties of a ceramic coating will also resist heat also.

The composite fiber of the runners shouldn't transfer much heat up into the plenum anyway. Being as though it is aluminum, it should disepate heat better without any coatings on it.
